No. 2707, Joseph L. Proctor, jr. vs. Caleb Poele, jr. Suit to recover a balance of $240.56 due the plaintiff, who alleged that he carried on business under the name of the Boston Bottle Works, for bottles sold and delivered to the defendant. The jury found for the defendant.
