No: 621. Samuel Oakman vs. Lorenzo C. Paul and another; No. 672. Lorenzo C. Paul and another vs. Samuel Oakman; No. 1914. Samuel Oakman vs. Lorenzo C. Paul and another. - The first of these actions is to recover damages for the breach of an agreement entered into between the parties relative to the manufacture of green glass and carboys at the Bay State Glass Works in Cambridge. In the second suit the plaintiffs seek to recover $3523.80 for money expended under the agreement made between the parties, which money, the plaintiffs say, was lost through the failure of the defendant to carry out his part of the contract. The third suit is to recover damages for breach of the covenants contained in a lease of the Bay State Glass Works, given in pursuance of an agreement between the parties, and from the possession of which premises the plaintiff was ejected before the termination of the lease. On trail. E. C. Gilman for Oakman and R. D. Smith and C. S. Lincoln for Paul.

The juries were excused until Monday morning next.
