No. 1229. National Insulator Company vs. Fred G. Raymond. Action against a deputy sheriff to recover for the conversion of 25,000 insulators attached by the defendant upon a writ against one Melvin Noyes. The defendant denied that the plaintiff was the owner of the property. The jury returned a verdict for the plaintiff in the sum of $1080. S. D. Charles for the plaintiff, and W. H. Moody for the defendant.
