Bill in equity was filed in the U. S. circuit court yesterday by American Insulator Co. for injunction to restrain the Electrical Glass Corporation from making insulators that infringe patents held by the plaintiff. The Electrical Glass Corporation are the parties who recently arranged for the purchase of the property of the Sandwich Glass Co.
