NEW CORPORATION.
The following company, Monday, filed a certificate of incorporation:
The Cheshire Glass Manufacturing Company organized at Portland, for the purpose of the manufacture and sale of glassware, with $50,000 capital stock, of which $50 is paid in. The officers are: President, J. T. Fagan, of Portland, Me.; treasurer, George F. Goald, of Portland Me., Certificate approved June 15, 1899.
