FIRST SESSION - GARDNER, J.

No. 1074, James G. Pennycuick vs. The Sanitary Manufacturing Company. - Action to recover $1057.70 for services as superintendent of the defendant company, and $92.30 for expenses paid by him whilesuch superintendent. The defendant denies that it owes the plaintiff anything, and files a declaration for $434.13 for money paid the plaintiff by the defendant. The trail of the case was suspended until today (Tuesday). I. J. Cutter for the plaintiff, and J. W. Hammond and C. J. McIntire for the defendant.
