Covington, Ky., Endangered.
CINCINNATI, February 19. — Walsh & Kellogg's distillery and the Hemingray Glassworks, in Covington, will be endangered if the river rises two or three feet higher. At 1 o'clock this morning rain is still falling, and rain is reported all along the river. It looks as if a great flood were coming.
