FIRST SESSION - GARDNER, J.

No. 506, Luther A. Wright vs. Lorenzo C. Paul and another. - Action to recover for the conversion of certain tools and machinery in a glass manufactory at East Cambridge. The jury, some time since, returned a verdict for the plaintiff for about $1300.
