The Sale Not Postponed.
Judge Burke dismissed the petition of Mae. G. Whitlock and others, asking for a postponement of the sale of the property of the Baltimore Glass Manufacturing Company. Mr. Thomas Ireland Elliot argued the petitioner's cause, and Mr. Michael A. Mullin represented the receiver of the company's estate, Mr. George M. Sharp.
