IT is reported that MR. DISSTON contemplates moving his saw works from Philadelphia to some locality where natural gas can be used as fuel. MR. HEMINGRAY of Covington, Ky., owner of a rolling mill and glass factory, intends making the same change. They have been considering the advantages of Pittsburg. Before they decide they should visit Wheeling, and consider the advantages here offered.
