New Insulator Press.

Brooke & Shields, the prominent New York mold making firm, have a new insulator press which they claim cannot be excelled. It holds six molds and the stripping device is so arranged as to take the mold to strip at all of the five points other than the one being pressed. The boy stripping is not in any way a handicap to the presser, thus getting away from the old trouble of the pressman waiting upon the boy to take the screw plug from the mold. Brooke & Shields claim they can turn out one-third more in a day's work than any other press in the market. It is well built and the table has ball bearings. The machine weighs 1600 pounds. Patents have been applied for. W. D. Brooke comes naturally to his ability for such work through his grandfather and father, who were always prominently identified with the mold making trade.

Orders for several machines with full lines of molds have been booked. The shop is running full capacity, with plenty of business in sight.
