Andrew Cochran former Councilman and well known pottery manufacturer, sued the Globe Pottery Company of Bordentown in the Supreme Court today, through his counsel Edwin Robert Walker for interest due on ten thousand dollars' worth of Globe Pottery bonds. He also sued for two weeks salary as superintendent at $50 a week.

Mr. Cochran claims to have made an attempt to collect the interest by depositing the coupons with the Broad Street National Bank. The bank he says, was unable to collect the interest. Mr. Cochran also has a suit pending against the pottery company for $5,000 for a loan made February 22, 1907 on a one day promissory note.

The Globe Pottery Company is the successor to the old Ironsides Pottery Company. A suit was filed yesterday against the Ironsides Company by D. Martin Yerkes for $15,000 on a breach of contract. H. H. Voorhees of Camden, is the attorney in this suit.
