The Standard Flow Co. has been organized at Portland, Me., for the purpose of the manufacture and sale of glassware, with $500,000 capital stock of which $120 is paid in. The officers are: President, Homer Brooke of Jersey City, N. J.; treasurer, George F. Williams of Foxborough, Mass. Certificate approved January 19, 1899.
