THE Brookfield Glass Company of Brooklyn has been incorporated in New York. The capital stock is $150,000. The directors for the first year are William Brookfield, Henry M. Brookfield, Frank Brookfield and James H. Brookfield of New York city. The Bates Aluminum Filter Company of Brooklyn has also been incorporated. The capital stock is $10,000, and the directors for the first year are Robert J. Edwards of Boston and Frank A. Bates and Horace L. Hayden of Brooklyn.
