Le Verre reports that the Verrerie de Bagneaux, where a commencement has been made with the manufacture of Pyrex glass, proposes to construct a second basin with a view to increasing the production. This glass is insensible to changes in temperature, so that it is used especially for making kitchen utensils. laboratory instruments, and glass for lighting purposes.
