BUSINESS NOTES.

Mr. H. T. Paiste, of Philadelphia, manufacturer of the well known Paiste switches, sailed on May 28 for Europe. Mr. Paiste, in addition to making a pleasure trip on the continent, will establish a branch factory at 10 Union street, London, Eng. The English trade demands that all the switches used be mounted on English china ware. He proposes to manufacture the brass parts of the switches in Philadelphia, shipping same to his London factory, and there to be mounted. Mr. Paiste intends being absent some four months.
