BUSINESS NOTES.

The Knapp Electrical Works are very busy. Numerous orders for the Perkins incandescent lamp, for which they are the Chicago agents, keep pouring in. Over 12,000 were sold during July, up to the 20th of the month. Mr. Knapp, the proprietor, reports the sale of 150,000 feet of Grimshaw wire during the past month. The North Chicago Street Railroad Company recently made some extensive purchases of the No. 4 Grimshaw wire.
