Foree Bain, of 84 Market street, Chicago, is manufacturing a motor in which the magnetic field is entirely encased except at the side where the armature extends. The energy of the field in this style of a motor is not dissipated and a motor of a high efficiency is the result. Mr. Bain reports work quite brisk, having a large number of special orders on hand.
