THE E. G. BERNARD COMPANY, Troy, N. Y., manufacturers of the Bernard safety porcelain cleat which this company has recently put on the market is meeting very nattering success in its introduction, as it not only meets the approval of the underwriters, but fulfills every requirement in good durable construction. This firm is also in receipt of many orders for its new Powers' arc cut-out switch, which seems to be a favorite with managers of central stations.
