The Harloe Insulator Co. has been organized at Hawley, Pa., with a capital of $150,000. The company proposes to build a $30,000 plant and manufacture Harloe's patent insulators and other glassware. The offices of the concern are: J. S. Welsh, president; Marcus Tuttle, secretary; Myron T. Snyder, treasurer, and Morton Harloe, general manager.
