Mr. Richard Thomas, one of the oldest potters here, died at his home here on Monday morning, the 20th ult. He was president of the R. Thomas & Sons Company, making door knobs and porcelain supplies for electric insulating purposes. He was in his sixty-eighth year. He was a prominent mason and Grand Army man, and both orders were in attendance at his funeral on Wednesday afternoon, the 22d Ult.
