The New Lexington High Voltage Electric Porcelain Co. has been organized at New Lexington, O., and will be incorporated under the laws of Ohio. The company will have a capital stock of $50,000, and will manufacture all kinds of high-grade electrical porcelain. Mr. A. S. Watts, formerly of the Bell Pottery Co., of Findlay, O., will be general manager of the new company and the plant will be erected at once.
