San Jose electric road still not in operation

THE ELECTRIC MOTOR.

The San Jose, Cal., electric road is not yet in operation. It has been impossible thus far to secure the necessary power. Mr. Bishop, who is interested in the road said : ''The machinery is here, and we have not yet been informed as to whether it comes up to the test or not. I can say we have used every endeavor to complete the road as soon as possible, and we believe that it will soon be in successful operation."
