Electrical Plant Progress.
Clay was made this week at the Electrical Porcelain Co. plant at East Liverpool, O., just four weeks after building was started, a record that speaks well for Supt. Dyke's hustling abilities. The second building will be rushed to completion and the two remaining kilns will be built later.
