TRADE NEWS.

The Metropolitan Electric company, Chicago, is getting in a stock of porcelain floor tubing of all sizes, to meet the requirements of the Board of Underwriters. The Xentric switch, handled by the company, is not as generally known as some other switches on the market, but where it has been introduced, it is found by practicable men to possess much merit. It is the latest improved device in switches, and is made by H. T. Paiste.
