The Mica Insulator company, 218 Water street, New York, is pushing the sales of the micanite insulator in every direction. Micanite is made of pure India sheet mica. It does not absorb oil or moisture. Its mechanical and electrical durability is pronounced, and it is equal in efficiency to India sheet mica. One of its special applications is in its use in rheostat boxes. It is giving excellent satisfaction in such service.
