Announcement has been made that the H. C. Fry Glass Co., Rochester, Pa., has retired and canceled $50,000 of its first mortgage six percent due May 1, 1923, in accordance with its sinking fund agreement. This payment has reduced the outstanding bond debt of the compan to $550,000.
