Big Payment of Back Pay.

Muncie, Ind., June 27. — When Ball Bros.' fruit jar factory shuts down today for the annual vacation of two months, $50,000 in back money will be paid to employes. At the yearly settlement all wages which employes have left on deposit with the firm is to the owners. The concern employs 1,500 people. The Hemingray glass works, employing 500 men, will shut down for six weeks June 30.
