A NEW GLASS INSULATOR COMPANY.
The Harloe Insulator Co. was organized last week at Hawley, Pa., with $150,000 capital. The incorporators were J. S. Welsh, president; Wm. Gregg, vice president; Myron T. Snyder, treasurer; Marcus Tuttle, secretary, and Morton Harloe, the inventor, general manager. Other stockholders were P. J. Bowers, Geo. S. Thompson, of Hawley; Wilton S. Bloes and Geo. E. Shay, of Peckville, PA.
The new company proposes to manufacture Harloe's self-typing insulators and other glassware. The corporation intends to erect a $25,000 plant. Same practical tests have recently been made which are said to have proven satisfactory. The insulator has been patented in Germany, France, Canada and England.
