A Kid Striker.
MUNCIE, Ind., April 28. — The twenty-five "carry out" boys employed at the Hemingway [sic] Hemingray Glass company works learned that the management intended to cut their small wages and all quit work at noon, stopping further proceedings in about one-half of the large factory. The "kids" are tonight trying to induce the night force to quit work, with good chances for success. The ringleader was a lad about, twelve years of age, who displayed judgment that even the management of the factory could not help admire. Mr. Hemingway [sic] Hemingray says that the places will be speedily fllled, but the "kids" say that they have it all fixed so the whole factory will soon be at a standstill if the proposition to cut their wages is not abandoned.
