PATENT INJUNCTION GRANTED.
Judge Baker of the United States circuit court at Indianapolis has granted a temporary injunction to the Edison Electric Light company against the Peru Electric Manufacturing Company, restraining the latter from making a certain kind of incandescent lamp holder, which, it is claimed, is an infringement, on the patents held by the Edison Company.
