New Use for Old Insulators.
On the wall of the office of the general administration of postoffices, telephones and telegraphs at Brussells, there recently appeared a poster which announced a coming auction sale of second-hand insulators. The last paragraph reads as follows:
These articles will be sold in one or more lots to suit purchasers, and may be utilized for borders to parks and gardens.
