BUSINESS OUTLOOK.
In reply to a number in inquiries addressed to representative electrical manufacturers and dealers by the Western Electrician, asking for a business review of the year just closed, with prospects for the new year, the appended statements were received. In general, the prospect, as will be seen is a very satisfactory one.

Albert & J. M. Anderson Manufacturing Company, Boston: We are never inclined to be sanguine; but we think that there will be good business for the manufacturers who have goods to place on the market which have proved to be reliable. We have made a larger number of heavy switches and switchboards the past year than ever before, and expect to gain in this line for the coming year, having improved facilities and a wider experience.
