Citizens of New Lexington will investigate East Liverpool potteries in the interest of a new company wanting to locate there

Three members of a committee appointed by the citizens of New Lexington, O., will be in the city within a short time to investigate the pottery business, says an East Liverpool exchange. They are working in the interest of a company that has been formed for the purpose of erecting a pottery in that city if the report on the business is favorable. It is announced that between $100,000 and $125,000 has been subscribed and an option taken on the land for the site. They expect to use clay found near that place.
