Sale for Firm Here

A suit for $2,986.60 brought against the A-B-C Packaging Machine Corporation here by the Milner Company, headquartered in Muncie, Ind., has been filed in circuit court here.

The sum represents a 10 per cent commission and service charge on a $29,896.02 sale of "sealing equipment'' to the Owens-Illinois Glass, Company and the American Structural Products Company, which the Milner Company alleges it arranged about last January.

The suit has been brought by Earl E. Milner, Sr., Earl E. Milner, Jr., and. Albert Milner, copartners in the Milner Company.

The partners petition identifies the Milner Company as sales agent under contract for the A-B-C corporation, which has its principal offices at 114 East McKinsey street.
