JAMES L. FOLEY of Cincinnati, is registered at the Metropolitan. Mr. Foley is a large stockholder in the Hemingray Glass Company which employs constantly between 300 and 400 men. Last year this company was a great sufferer by floods and now the factory is fifteen feeet under water.
