Morris Davis, president of the newly organized Elmer, N.J., Glass Co., last Saturday purchased the Novelty glass factory. The latter plant has been closed since the courts decided in favor of the Brookfield Co., of Brooklyn, who claimed an infringement of patent on insulator machines,
