782,676. Arrangement for Securing Wires on Insulators. Johann Macek, St. Polten, Austria-Hungary. Application filed March 19, 1904.

A wire surrounds the insulator. A second wire is pivotally connected to the first and also surrounds the insulator, the line wire being held between the two wires on the side of the insulator adjacent the pivot connection between the wires. Means draw together the portions of the two wires lying on the side of the insulator opposite to the pivot connection between them. (See cut.)
