BUSINESS.

Pass & Seymour of Solvay, N. Y., call attention to their all-porcelain strain insulators, made of fine, strong porcelain. Actual test, it is asserted, shows that they will withstand any strain up to the breaking point of the ordinary size of wire used for guys and trolley-wire supports.
