Owing to ill health, Mr. A. P. Seymour, vice-president and treasurer of Pass & Seymour, Inc., Solvay, N. Y., has retired from business and will hereafter make his home in Southern California. Mr. Seymour's stock has been acquired by the interests which have been identified with the company since its inception 15 years ago.
