The plant of Fred M. Locke, manufacturer of high-potential insulators, at Victor, N. Y., which was nearly destroyed by fire recently, is now being rebuilt in much better shape. Mr. Locke announces that he will be in a position to fill orders promptly by the first of March. He has stock on hand of various sizes to fill small orders.
