The suit for infringement of patent by the General Electric Co. vs. the Star Porcelain Co., of Trenton, N. J., has been settled out of court. The defendant company admitted that the complainant's patents were being infringed upon, and by the terms of the agreement entered into. the Star company has agreed not to use the patented process.
