BUSINESS.

Transite asbestos fireproof lumber is a product of the H. W. Johns-Manville Company of New York in the manufacture of which the company has put forth its efforts to produce a material which can be adopted by the modern architect, builder, engineer and mechanic, to take the place of wood and other inflammable and non-heat, acid and moisture-resisting materials.
