Telegraph Stock Purchased.

NEW YORK, Feb. 8. — The Baltimore and Ohio Telegraph Company has to-day, through its President, Robert Garrett, concluded the purchase of the entire capital stock of the Manhattan District Telegraph company at a price somewhat less than par, $100,000.
