Globe Pottery Company Assumed the

Business of the Old Ironsides Company

at Bordentown. Much Litigation

Has Followed the Transfer

of Corporation's Interests.

 

Charles B. Case of this city was appointed receiver this morning by Vice Chancellor Walker for the Globe Pottery Comapny.

The application for a rule to show cause was made last Friday by Malcom G. Buchanan, representing the creditors, and the rule was returnable this morning.

The rule was made absolute and the receiver appointed. The bond of Mr. Case was placed at $20,000. The plant has been shut down and will be sold.

The Globe Pottery Company took over the business and plant of the Ironsides Pottery Company at Bordentown. Much litigation has followed.
