IN CHANCERY OF NEW JERSEY.

 

By an order bearing date on the 25th day of November, 1907, made in the Court of Chancery of New Jersey, in a cause therein pending wherein William H. Williams, et. als., are complainants and Globe Pottery Company is defendant, the creditors of teh said Globe Pottery Company are directed and ordered to present their several claims and demands against said corporation to the subscriber, receiver of said corporation, within one month from the date thereof, or be forever barred and excluded from the benefit of such dividends as may thereafter be made and declared by the said Court upon the proceeds of the effects of said corporation.
