Receiver's Sale
The receiver of the Globe Pottery Company offers for sale at private bidding, the Globe Pottery Company's plant, situate at White Hill, N. J. The property consists of a six-kiln sanitary ware pottery, fully equipped; fourteen frame dwelling houses attending the same; also the personal property, consisting of finished and unfinished wares, saggers and moulds, as they are described in the receiver's report filed in the office of the Clerk of the Court of Chancery (except the book accounts). Sealed proposals will be received by the receiver, and opened by him at his office, on Thursday, the 23rd day of January, A. D. 1908, at the hour of 2 o'clock in the afternoon. Proposals must indicate the amount offered separately for the real estate, and the personal property in bulk. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check to the order of the receiver in the sum of $2,500. Full information may be had by applying to CHARLES B. CASE, Receiver.
