GLOBE CREDITORS

TO FIGHT SALE

 

There will be a hearing this afternoon before one of the Vice Chancellors of the Court of Chancery on the application of creditors of the Globe Pottery Company to have set aside the sale of the pottery plant and personal property to William H. Williams, John Cochran, George Cochran and David Allen for $52,500.

Colonel Nelson Y. Dungan and Josiah Stryker will appear for the creditors; John H. Backes for Charles B. Case, who is the receiver of the company and Malcolm G. Buchanan for the new owners of the plant.
