We publish on another page an article by Mr. Philip Atkinson, A. M., on the subject of insulators. This gentleman has given the matter great attention, and enunciates his own views about it in a clear and concise way. There can be no question as to the growing importance of good insulators and Mr. Atkinson's article will probably lead some of our readers to give expression also to their opinions or to state what has been their experience.
