THE FISKE-MOTT HIGH-RESISTANCE INSULATOR. — This insulator, made by the Chicago Insulating Co., and described as well as illustrated by us last December, is becoming very popular, owing to the immense reduction made in it of the contact surface. One of the latest specimens now lying before us is beautifully finished and has every appearance of durability.
